Natal Consulting Services (NCS) has been practicing consulting services in life coaching, management and education since 2012. For over 20 years the founder, Dr. Olga M. Natal Rosado, an Industrial Organizational Psychologist, has provided individuals and organizations the necessary tools to raise awareness about personal and professional development.
Over the years, she has developed vision, planning and value to many individuals in high-pace operations in domestic and international markets. Her background in business development, management, operations, leadership, sales, marketing, human resources, education, and cultural diversity allows her to have a diverse portfolio that projects value to many.
NCS's mission is to work directly with our customers to provide positive change and improvement that will increase efficiency and profitability. We use an innovative personable approach utilizing data to enhance and help organizations reach their organizational goals with leadership, organizational change, social skills, and employee development. In addition, we also provide coaching and strategies to reach the Hispanic Markets.
